We are seeking a proficient and committed CT Imaging Specialist to become a part of our healthcare team. This role is essential in delivering CT imaging services to a varied patient demographic, adhering to the protocols set forth by our Radiologists and Cardiologists. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality CT images and may also engage in additional areas such as Interventional Radiology CT, X-ray, Operating Room X-ray, Gastrointestinal Fluoroscopy, or serve as a Clinical Educator. A strong dedication to patient care, ongoing quality enhancement, and collaborative teamwork is crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-focused care to ensure a satisfactory experience
  • Follow departmental protocols and procedures diligently
  • Produce high-quality imaging efficiently
  • Maintain a professional and safe work environment
  • Support physicians during imaging procedures
  • Contribute to the training of students
  • Adapt scheduling to fulfill departmental requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Radiography Program
  • Possession of a valid Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) license
  • ARRT certification in CT
  • Competence in General X-ray procedures
  • Current CPR or BLS Certification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform a full range of body motions
  • Manual dexterity and coordination are essential
