The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and excellent customer service skills. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer and dealer relationships within an assigned territory, ensuring customer satisfaction with service and products.

  • Develop and maintain customer and dealer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Provide customer service expertise and support.
  • Present and execute National Sales Programs and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have:

  • 2+ years of HVAC/R industry experience, with a focus on residential systems.
  • A well-versed understanding of the HVAC/R contracting business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
