Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst (Tier II) to join our client's team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide critical IT support for internal users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for internal users with hardware, software, and account-related issues.
  • Assist with infrastructure tasks such as implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot issues and communicate with users via phone, email, or face-to-face.
  • Manage virtual servers (Windows) and provide network connectivity/security support.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting/troubleshooting Windows Desktop OS and Windows servers.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, network support, and troubleshooting.
  • Must be professional and customer-focused, working with all users across the organization.
  • Understanding of security concepts, email management, and O365 support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of SSL certificates and troubleshooting.
  • PowerShell scripting experience.
  • VoIP/phone systems management experience, CCNA, or equivalent would be a plus.
