Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring expiration dates, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Coordinate with drivers to unload trucks and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Process outgoing mail and packages, ensuring prompt and secure delivery.
- Collaborate with management to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or supply chain operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that patient and customer needs are met quickly and professionally.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
