Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Component Assembly: Assemble and solder electronic components, including through-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMT) components, onto PCBs according to controlled parts lists and quality workmanship guidelines.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate various equipment, such as aqueous cleaners and component location equipment, to ensure efficient and accurate component placement.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure that assembled components meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of component assembly and quality control processes.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electronics assembly and soldering.
  • Skills: Intermediate component identification skills, soldering skills that meet IPC-A-610 Class 2, and ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and specifications.
