About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Surgical Technologist to join our team at Prisma Health. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepares operating room for cases by opening sterile supplies and setting up tables, arranging instruments and supplies according to type of case.
Assists in maintaining correct count of instruments, needles, and sponges.
Handles drugs and solutions under direction of the Registered Nurse (RN).
Performs terminal cleaning of rooms and returns unused supplies and equipment to proper storage.

Education and Certifications
Successful completion of a Surgical Technology program or equivalent training in the U.S. Armed Forces.
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification is preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.

Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development within the organization.
