**Job Description**

The Certified Surgical Technologist will play a critical role in the success of our surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining a sterile environment, assisting surgeons and nurses during operations, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures
  • Assist surgeons and nurses during operations
  • Provide exceptional patient care
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare team members

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduation from an accredited school of surgical technology or surgical technology military program
  • At least one year of work experience as a Certified Surgical Tech required

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
