Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Sales Representative to join our team at Lumina Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, delivering high-quality products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Deliver high-quality products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and climb into a large commercial truck
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
