Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MERL Specialist to join our team. This role will support a portfolio of federally funded programs under our Global Network and Regional Engagement team, focusing on the eradication of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and supporting survivor-centered approaches for conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV) in the Europe & Eurasia region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs related to GBV and CRSV
  • Develop and refine data collection tools, ensuring they are culturally sensitive and aligned with project objectives
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify key trends, patterns, and correlations related to GBV and CRSV
  • Draft and compile high-quality monitoring and evaluation reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and lessons learned
  • Customize reports and data visualizations for different audiences, including donors, government agencies, and local partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in international development, gender studies, public administration, economics, statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience in managing or supporting projects funded by federal agencies within international development and gender studies
  • Strong demonstrated experience in global women's issues, refugee issues, and human rights
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a dynamic environment, and meet tight deadlines
