At HomeGoods, we're always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team. As a Retail Merchandise Key Carrier Coordinator, you'll play a key role in maintaining the flow of merchandise in our stores, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles to meet store needs
  • Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive store environment
  • Ensure accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a seamless customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates to prioritize tasks and address customer service issues
  • Participate in shrink reduction goals and programs to maintain a safe and secure store environment
Requirements:
  • 1 year retail experience, with 6 months leadership experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly under challenging circumstances
