Responsibilities:
  • Perform donor and therapeutic apheresis procedures using automated cell separators.
  • Conduct health assessments on allogeneic and autologous donors to determine eligibility for donation.
  • Interview and assess patients to determine suitability for therapeutic procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, visitors, and other staff to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
  • BSN required.
  • Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in PA.
  • Provider in Basic Cardiac Life Support.
  • IV Certification.
  • 3 years nursing experience.
  • IV and venipuncture experience preferred.
  • Apheresis/Blood Bank experience preferred.
