About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Auditor / Manager to join our team at BlueWave Ventures. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading audits of annual and consolidated financial statements for nationally and internationally oriented companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audits of annual and consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS or US GAAP.
  • Identify clients' consulting needs and conduct audit-related consultations.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary and international teams to deliver high-quality audit services.
  • Support the development of a dynamic and international environment through expertise and experience.
Requirements
  • Completed auditor exam (or in progress).
  • Extensive professional experience in auditing annual financial statements, reporting packages, and group accounting.
  • Strong people management skills, including leadership and motivation of the team.
  • Good sense of quality awareness.
