Member Service Representative

Are you a people person with a passion for fitness? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We're looking for a friendly and outgoing Member Service Representative to join our team at Crunch Fitness

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Assist with membership sales, food and beverage sales, and opening/closing POS drawer
  • Participate in meetings and club events
  • Clean and maintain the club
  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Must be out-going, enthusiastic, coachable, and full of energy
  • Must have a passion for fitness and helping others
  • Preferred customer service, sales, and/or hospitality experience
  • CPR/AED Certification
