La Quinta Inn & Suites Albuquerque West is seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management and department heads.
  • Provide exceptional service to hotel guests during their stay, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Audit and reconcile all financial records, including cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, and occupancy percentages.
  • Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, and respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Process reservations and check-ins, and perform other front desk agent duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Some college education or equivalent experience.
  • A flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required.
  • Computer proficiency, with experience in accounting or reservation software a bonus.

Compensation: $14.50 hourly.
