Compensation

This role includes the potential to earn tips through a shared tip pool. Based on recent averages, you could earn an additional $12 per hour in tips, leading to a total potential pay of $28 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests, explain menu options, and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, adhering to sanitation standards and alcohol service regulations.
  • Assist in setting up the kiosk, managing inventory, and reporting shortages to the stand lead.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area, including the upkeep of equipment.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and ensure cash handling is precise at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions are required.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • May need to work in confined spaces or in varying temperatures depending on the season.
Work Schedule

This position may require availability for day shifts, evening shifts, holidays, and weekends.
