About the Job

The Wholesale Account Manager is a key role within KI Finance Inc, responsible for managing complex client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Relationships: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients and dealers in assigned regions.
  • Consultant and Business Partner: Serve as a consultant and business partner to assigned client regions, working closely with analysts to provide best-in-class customer service.
  • Process Improvement: Design and execute improvements for processes and procedures to meet established goals.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point person, overseeing complex client/dealer issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams, actively listening to and addressing customer needs and requirements.
  • Client Onboarding: Own and drive the entire cycle from onboarding to close for new customer expansions, ensuring seamless transitions and high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with people at all levels and across functions and cultures to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a business services or similar environment, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Relationship Management: Proven relationship management experience, with a strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and dealers.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work as part of a team, lead cross-functional team efforts, and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office, CRM's, and the ability to multitask, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
