Role Summary:

The Project Management Specialist will operate under the guidance of a Project Manager or higher, assisting in the execution of various small to medium-scale projects to achieve their goals and deliverables. The Specialist will be tasked with crafting project timelines and overseeing task completion. Furthermore, this role entails communicating project status updates to stakeholders through both verbal and written channels. Some travel may be necessary depending on the responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Structure project tasks into manageable segments for team members and identify effective strategies for task completion as outlined in the project timeline.
  • Maintain relationships with business owners and team members to ensure project activities are completed successfully.
  • Identify and address potential risks and issues proactively.
  • Track and report on project progress, ensuring updates are provided within the established timeline.
  • Guide team members in clarifying task assignments, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Assist in the development of resources to support implementation in the field.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Project Management: Utilize project management principles to define and communicate project scope, objectives, and performance metrics.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent time management abilities; prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
