Key Responsibilities:- Structure project tasks into manageable segments for team members and identify effective strategies for task completion as outlined in the project timeline.
- Maintain relationships with business owners and team members to ensure project activities are completed successfully.
- Identify and address potential risks and issues proactively.
- Track and report on project progress, ensuring updates are provided within the established timeline.
- Guide team members in clarifying task assignments, milestones, and deliverables.
- Assist in the development of resources to support implementation in the field.
- Project Management: Utilize project management principles to define and communicate project scope, objectives, and performance metrics.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent time management abilities; prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation throughout all project phases, including completion of closure documentation and updates to relevant platforms.
- Status Reporting: Manage project status reporting in line with defined schedules, providing updates on project health.
- Project Planning: Create and maintain project plans and work breakdown structures in accordance with standard project phases.
- Execution: Prepare and utilize resources effectively to manage complex project processes.
