About the Role

Eisai, a pioneering pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly motivated Oncology Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in promoting our innovative Oncology therapeutic products within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Goals: Promote Oncology therapeutic products within an assigned territory, driving sales growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and Implement Territory Business Plan: Create and execute a comprehensive business plan, aligned with the overall business strategy, to achieve sales objectives.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Medical Oncologists, Hematologists, Endocrinologists, and nurses, to promote our products and services.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with the latest industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal cross-functional partners, including Associate Director Regional Marketing, Oncology Field Reimbursement Managers, and other specialty roles, to facilitate aligned and coordinated efforts with customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty sales, device sales, or a related therapeutic area is required, with Oncology experience preferred.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and the ability to influence others are essential.
  • Ability to Travel: Ability to travel up to 70% of the time, including overnight travel to conferences, training, and sales meetings.
