Behavior Technician Job Description

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Implement Individualized Treatment Plans to address client needs
  • Deliver and model treatment interventions to promote positive behavior
  • Provide positive reinforcement and guided feedback to clients and families
  • Implement consequences for inappropriate actions as agreed upon
  • Communicate with peers and co-workers to achieve client goals
  • Complete electronic billing in accordance with company policies
  • Collaborate with BC-ABA and BCBA on treatment program implementation
Qualifications
  • BCaBA, RBT, or bachelor's degree with 40-hour training covering RBT Task list
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health services
  • PA Criminal, PA Child Abuse, FBI Clearances, and valid Driver's License
