Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative I plays a vital role in interacting with clients on behalf of the organization, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls from agents and policyholders, addressing inquiries, and processing requests related to policyholder accounts while maintaining comprehensive knowledge of company offerings and operational protocols.

Daily Responsibilities:

Handle daily call volumes and fulfill customer requests efficiently.

Deliver precise solutions to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

Ensure that customer needs are addressed in every interaction (phone, email, written correspondence, etc.).

Achieve Quality Assurance standards and other essential performance metrics.

Complete assigned projects within the designated time frame.

Participate in and complete training programs.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent listening skills with the capacity to ask insightful questions, comprehend concerns, and address objections.

Required Knowledge & Experience

Education & Work Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

One to two years of experience in customer service in a comparable role is necessary.
