Customer Service Liaison

At EPITEC, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, contractors, and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to clients on water leak detection solutions and coordinate the installation of equipment.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and FAQs through regular training sessions.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to research and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and documentation.
- Follow up on prescribed tasks to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of client service experience.
- College degree or technical equivalent preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience handling multiple priorities within established time constraints.
