Job Title: Customer Service Representative

At EPITEC, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, contractors, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on water leak detection solutions and coordinate the installation of equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and FAQs through regular training sessions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to research and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and documentation.
  • Follow up on prescribed tasks to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of client service experience.
  • College degree or technical equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience handling multiple priorities within established time constraints.
