Somerset Assisted Living, a premier assisted living community for seniors in Gladstone, Oregon, is seeking a part-time Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher to join our team.

This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth and development in the culinary industry. As a Kitchen Helper, you will be cross-trained to perform various tasks in the kitchen, including food preparation, dishwashing, and dining room setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in serving meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Clear and clean dining tables after meals.
  • Wash and store dishes and utensils.
  • Set up dining rooms for meals.
  • Perform light food preparation tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • A friendly, professional, and energetic personality.
  • General knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
  • A valid food handlers' permit.
  • A strong desire to advance in the culinary industry.
