About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Lead to join our team at LHH. As a key member of our Securities Operations team, you will collaborate with Technology and Transformation teams to deliver in-depth business and functional analysis and build specifications for target state design.

This role requires a candidate who is comfortable with fluid change, understands complex product sets and operational practices, develops networks, and performs structured analysis to deliver critical requirements. You will have a high level of stakeholder exposure across Operations, Finance, Technology, and the business, as well as build relationships with various sub-team leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand systems migration and its impact on operations teams
  • Design, map current state, and build new operational, risk, and control processes as required
  • Develop strong partnerships across operational functional areas, with project and technology leads and their teams to support the decommission and subsequent migration
  • Provide input into functionality changes and automation opportunities
  • Perform impact assessments, produce business requirements, UAT scenarios, procedures, training, etc.
  • Coordinate requirements by ensuring appropriate documentation and sign-off
  • Proactively manage changes impacting scope and identify and implement contingency plans as necessary
  • Produce management reporting on status and progress and provide support to the project manager as a deputy
  • Understand and evaluate the current state of the GMO reconciliation & tooling capability

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the business and markets supported by Markets Operations
  • Experience driving transformation across the organization with the ability to navigate effectively to deliver on time
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail
