Position Overview:
The Child and Adolescent Case Manager (QMHP) plays a crucial role in evaluating, consulting, and intervening with youth and their families. This position involves collaboration with a clinical team, including mental health professionals, educational staff, and community service providers, to achieve therapeutic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with youth and families in various settings, including mental health facilities and home environments.
- Provide case management and skills training tailored to children and families.
- Conduct assessments and psychosocial evaluations, offering informed recommendations.
- Connect families with appropriate social services and health agencies for additional support.
Compensation:
Salary ranges from $45,000 to $49,500 for Bachelor's level candidates and $48,150 to $52,965 for Master's level candidates, depending on experience. A regional stipend may also be available.
