Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive travel solutions, including product sales and identity-related services
  • Greet customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience
  • Engage customers and present products & solutions that drive sales with their needs in mind
  • Verify customer identity, scan required documents, and take passport photos
  • Complete customer fingerprint images, biometric & data capture processes, and paperwork
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment
  • Support other areas of the store during your onboarding period
  • Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned or needed in the store

Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older and a U.S. citizen
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to operate a keyboard, photocopier, and other office equipment
  • 1+ years customer service-related experience
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner
  • Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously
