  • Manage human resources effectively
  • Support, manage, and oversee the school's organization, operation, and use of resources
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Demonstrate professional standards and ethics
  • Exercising leadership which results in measurable student academic progress
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree and eligibility for a Virginia Postgraduate Professional License in administration and supervision
  • At least three years of successful experience as a teacher with some experience at the elementary school level
  • Three years of administrative experience at the elementary school level preferred
