About the Role: This position provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned hemodialysis patients. Additionally, you will perform ongoing analysis of patient data, document medical records, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care and delegate tasks to direct patient care staff
  • Analyze patient data and document medical records
  • Adjust treatment plans as needed and notify supervisor
  • Provide education to patients and families
  • Administer medications and initiate emergency response measures

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current state licensure and CPR BLS Certification
  • Experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred)
  • Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred)
