Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registration Associate to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our medical office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and coordinate front-end functions to ensure achievement of established revenue cycle metrics, consistent with excellence standards and practice workflows.
  • Scheduling and registration
  • Check-in
  • Check-out
  • Charge entry/claims
  • End of day processes
  • General duties including but not limited to:
  • Document processing
  • Scanning
  • Inbox monitoring
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills required
  • Associate's degree preferred, High School Diploma/Equivalent Required
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office product and other computer applications
  • Demonstrated experience with delivering successful customer service
  • Demonstrated experience with handling multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
  • Managing difficult customers respectfully and without confrontation
  • Previous medical office experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $18.50-$23.90 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
