Job Summary

WAVSYS is looking for a Construction and Deployment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of OSP construction activities, including trenching, boring, conduit installation, aerial placement, and splicing. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of fiber optic network infrastructure design, construction, and deployment methodologies, as well as experience in project planning and coordination. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is required. We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
