Job Description:

As a Fiber Optic Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will oversee all aspects of OSP construction activities, including trenching, boring, conduit installation, aerial placement, and splicing. You will ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the construction process. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating with internal stakeholders, collaborating with external vendors, contractors, and permitting agencies, and conducting regular site visits to monitor progress.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in OSP construction management, preferably in the telecommunications industry. They will possess strong knowledge of fiber optic network infrastructure design, construction, and deployment methodologies, as well as excellent communication skills and proficiency in project management tools and software applications.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
