KPC Health is seeking a skilled Surgical Assistant to provide indirect patient care under the general supervision of a Registered Nurse. The successful candidate will maintain patient safety during patient transport and possess the physical ability and perceptive acuity to satisfactorily perform all functions. Key qualifications include BCLS certification within 30 days of employment, full command of the English language, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, employee assistance program, basic life and AD&D, 401k plan with company match, and a generous PTO plan. Per diem staff are ineligible for benefits. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
