We are seeking a qualified Support Caregiver to join our team at Brandi's Hope Community Services. In this role, you will provide daily support to individuals with varying degrees of development and intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with job supports, self-care, recreational activities, and community inclusion
  • Transport clients to appointments as needed
  • Act as a job advocate and assist with feeding and hygiene tasks

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of verifiable work experience in the last three years
  • Current, valid driver's license for transporting clients
  • CPR training
  • Background check and drug screening prior to employment offer

Compensation and Benefits:

The starting pay for this position is $10.00 per hour with a guaranteed schedule of 45 hours per week. Overtime rate is $15.00 per hour. After completing 90 days, the base rate increases to $11.50 per hour, overtime rate to $17.25, and the rate for worked hours is $13.01.
