About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Consulting Services: Provide direct consulting services to assist with the implementation of functional solutions related to software applications such as Newforma, BUILDER, ProxSafe, Project Connect, BlueBeam, and Primavera.
  • Stakeholder Management: Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish functional requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide suggestions and ideas to improve the solution.
  • Requirements Documentation: Document, develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, use cases, feature files, and flowcharts for developers to follow.
  • Technical Communication: Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements to communicate with internal and external clients.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases in support of the overall quality assurance process.
  • Testing and User Acceptance: Perform testing of implemented requirements, lead and support User Acceptance Testing, collect/document results, evaluate and act on feedback.
  • Deliverables: Work on deliverables including requirements capturing, training guides, design documents, and training videos.
  • Training and Implementation: Deliver online training as needed, develop client presentations, lead implementations.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least three (3) years of experience with any of the following: Newforma, BUILDER, ProxSafe, Project Connect, BlueBeam, Primavera.
  • Performance Experience: Actual performance experience on 1 or 2 similar efforts within the last three (3) years or still in progress expertise in supporting real property application systems.
  • Skills: Skilled in workplace management, facilities assessment and management, lease administration, project management, and/or other real property management.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Remote Work Experience: 2+ years successfully working from home or remote location, with minimal supervision.
  • Cyber Security: Operate within a NIST compliant security environment internally and able to support all client-required cyber security data and operational processes. Value and protect company, colleague, and customer data.
  • Home Office Environment: Operate within a home office environment that provides adequate workspace and high-speed internet connectivity.
