Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dispensary Associate to join our team. As a Dispensary Associate, you will be responsible for guiding patients through their cannabis journey, providing education on products and effects, and ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and colleagues
  • Offer empathy and compassion to patients, understanding their unique needs and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and effects, making informed recommendations to patients
  • Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with management and colleagues to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Document customer interactions and concerns in patient profiles
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of cannabis effects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for delivery associate role)
