Key Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication of tools and equipment.
- Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, and machines to identify potential issues.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate in HVAC/refrigeration or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in general maintenance, electrical, or refrigeration work.
- Valid driver's license and Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
