Your Responsibilities:
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising Store Leaders
  • Executing merchandising strategies, managing cash flow and inventory, fostering motivation and teamwork, and promoting superior customer service
  • Focusing on profit and loss management, including budget development, maximizing sales, and controlling expenses
  • Establishing performance goals and objectives while tracking results in collaboration with upper management
  • A four-year degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field or 5+ years of experience in managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial settings, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and over 100 employees
  • The willingness to relocate after completing training
  • A valid Driver's License from your state of residence, along with maintaining automotive liability insurance during employment
  • The ability to multitask, be self-driven, perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
