Position Summary:
The Outlet Bartender is responsible for preparing beverage orders for guests according to established recipes using precise measuring techniques. This role ensures exceptional service to guests and servers, maintains high standards of hygiene and cleanliness during operational hours, and manages the liquor inventory effectively.
- Engage with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
- Adhere to all hospitality standards to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Comply with relevant certification requirements such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with hospitality guidelines.
- Prepare beverages in line with company specifications and presentation standards.
- Serve guests with warmth, friendliness, and professionalism.
- Ensure cleanliness in the lounge area and follow check ringing procedures.
- Operate the P.O.S system efficiently.
- Handle cashiering responsibilities and ensure compliance with state liquor laws.
- Assist in managing beverage costs and handle intoxicated guests with care.
- Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
- Complete assigned tasks from supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Able to perform heavy lifting, stand for extended periods, and make quick decisions.
- Capable of thriving in high-pressure situations and resolving issues effectively.
- Proficient in listening and addressing workplace challenges.
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS: The hotel operates continuously, and candidates may need to adjust their shifts based on business requirements.
