Job Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and companies we represent through phone, email, and written communication.
  • Support teammates in following up with clients and prospects.
  • Research and resolve coverage questions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Respond promptly to client needs via phone or electronically.
  • Maintain accurate client files and process routine correspondence between our agency and clients or companies.
  • Cultivate new opportunities and offer additional insurance lines through consultative selling.
  • Assist with other office duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license
  • 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry
