Position Summary
  • Oversee and manage field operations, leading a substantial team from initiation to completion
  • Mentor and enhance the skills of Service Technicians and Lead Service Technicians
  • Utilize equipment such as high cfm air compressors, pumps, and torque tools
  • Execute tasks including hydrotesting, cold cutting, and field machining
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all work adheres to established procedures and operational plans
  • Conduct maintenance, repairs, and testing of equipment as required
  • Engage in training and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and Quality Management Systems
  • Facilitate effective communication with team members and clients
  • Be available for on-call duties and travel as necessary
Qualifications and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in the oil and gas equipment sector is preferred
Skills and Competencies
  • Proficient in operating and instructing others on equipment
  • Willingness to travel offshore and internationally
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities
