- Monitor and document resident health status, including any changes or concerns.
- Collaborate with the Director of Health Services to ensure compliance with comprehensive home care regulations.
- Assist with training and supervision of unlicensed staff as needed.
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree in Nursing (LPN)
- LPN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
- Ability to use technology, including computers, handheld devices, and fax machines
- One to three years of previous experience as an LPN
- Proficient in Eldermark computer documentation software
