Warehouse Associate Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate at Uline, you will play a critical role in our fast-paced warehouse environment. Your primary responsibility will be to compile and ship orders efficiently and accurately. With a focus on safety and productivity, you will work independently to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and ship orders accurately and efficiently
  • Work independently to meet productivity and safety standards
  • Contribute to our industry-leading warehouse safety record
  • Report to the Warehouse Management Team

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Attention to detail and good time management skills
