Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Shipping and Receiving Operations: Oversee the daily shipping and receiving schedules, ensuring that all goods are accurately received and shipped on time.
  • Coordinate with Operations Team: Work closely with the operations team to develop and execute supply plans that meet customer needs and support business objectives.
  • Develop and Manage Inventory Plans: Create and implement inventory plans that optimize working capital results while ensuring customer fill-rates.
  • Ensure Compliance with Safety Guidelines: Review and enforce all safety guidelines, workplace safety policies, and OSHA requirements with personnel.
  • Provide Leadership and Coaching: Provide key leadership during the annual inventory process and offer coaching and guidance to team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics: Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 5-7 Years of Experience: Progressive knowledge of warehouse operations, lean manufacturing techniques, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Computer Experience: Proficiency in SAP, production planning systems, and Microsoft Office.
