Clinical Pharmacist Role Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Children's Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.

**Estimated Salary:** $135,000 - $160,000 per year

**Job Responsibilities:**
* Assessing patient medication needs and developing personalized treatment plans
* Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
* Providing expert advice on medication use, dosage, and potential side effects
* Monitoring patient profiles for medication interactions and duplicates

**Education and Experience:**
* Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited program
* 2+ years of experience in pediatric clinical pharmacy practice
* Strong knowledge of pediatric pharmacology and therapeutics
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
