Night Auditor

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for finance and hospitality? Do you have a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence? We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at Atrium Hospitality.

The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of hotel financial transactions. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

• Maintain accurate accounts of cash, checks, and credit transactions
• Provide accounting support to the hotel by ensuring all revenues are posted to the correct department
• Handle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity
• Address guest complaints, issues, and/or requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide reports to management about asset utilization and audit results

• 6 months of Front Office experience in a hotel environment
• Prior experience performing basic accounting duties
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid state driver's license and adherence to company guidelines regarding moving violations (if role involves operating a company vehicle)
