**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to effectively manage the Accounts Payable and Reconciliations processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering all information accurately and timely with departments. The Accounting Clerk will also assist the Finance Manager with bank transactions and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Review, record, and pay vendor invoices according to the organization's policies and procedures.
* Assist with monthly reconciliations.
* Record and reconcile credit card transactions.
* Assist the Finance Manager to maintain financial records and close books in a timely manner.
* Comply with organization's policies and procedures regarding payment.
* Operate enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to record, store, and analyze data.

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
* 1+ years of experience in an accounting clerk or related position.
* Proficient in Google suite, Microsoft Office, and ERP.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
* Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.

**What We Offer**
