Pediatrician Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team at STRIDE Community Health Center. As a Pediatrician, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children and adolescents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct, efficient, and quality healthcare services to pediatric patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including advanced practice providers, nurses, and therapists, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices in pediatric medicine, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Doctorate degree in Medicine or Osteopathy from an accredited educational institution.
- Board certification in Pediatrics.
- Previous experience working as a pediatric provider in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge in and experience in pediatrics, with the ability to function in a culturally diverse clinical setting.
- Competitive compensation package, including annual salary range of $193,788-$223,216, based on experience.
