  • Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
  • Cultivate strategic internal and external business partnerships.
  • Provide regular and consistent leadership to the team by communicating values, strategies, and objectives while providing motivation, training, and guidance/coaching.
  • Actively engage in talent management processes, including recruitment strategy, performance management, employee development, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline.
  • 5-10 years' related experience, including at least 3-5 years in a management role.
  • Proven knowledge of business operations is preferred.
  • Ability to review, analyze, and act on operational KPI's and P&L statement data.
  • Ability to interact with vendors and customers to drive top-line growth and margin targets.
  • Must have strong decision-making skills with the capacity to analyze information and determine appropriate actions.
  • Strong leadership skills; can mentor and develop associates while driving accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn new programs.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills; honest, humble, curious, impactful, and resilient.
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to provide leadership and guidance to others.
  • Well organized, detail oriented, and metrics-driven with a performance improvement focused orientation.
