About the Role:This RN role involves performing plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. You will document patient care provided, monitor and record patient condition as necessary, and communicate effectively with the care team, physician, patient, and family.
You will assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Additionally, you will collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
In this role, you will evaluate learning needs of patients and/or families and provide education accordingly. Your advocacy skills will help ensure the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
Requirements:- A minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently
- BLS and ACLS certifications, with PALS/ENPC obtained within six months of hire
- A current NM RN license or compact licensure
We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth, a supportive work environment, and a comprehensive compensation program.
