Job Summary

The Night Auditor at HYATT Hotels plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during the night shift. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Balancing: The Night Auditor will be responsible for balancing the accounts from the day shift, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Front Desk Management: This role will involve managing front desk activity, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Concierge Services: The Night Auditor will be responsible for scheduling wake-up calls, handling customer requests, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Documentation Management: This role will involve creating invoices, bills, and checks for vendors, employees, and contractors, as well as managing and updating official documentation.
  • End-of-Day Activities: The Night Auditor will ensure that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments.

Requirements

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: The Night Auditor must be able to provide exceptional customer service, handling customer requests and complaints with professionalism and poise.
  • Math and Bookkeeping Skills: This role requires advanced math and bookkeeping skills, as well as the ability to perform computer-based tasks such as data entry and accounting.
  • Attention to Detail: The Night Auditor must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Communication Skills: This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to solve problems independently.
