Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of equipment, including automobiles, trucks, vans, and forklifts.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using leading-edge technology and programs.
  • Utilize industry-standard tools and equipment to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance or repair.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulic and air brake systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Knowledge of internal combustion engines and preventative maintenance practices.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and maneuver in a fast-paced environment.
  • CDL certification (Class A or B) a plus.
